For our previous two albums, we didn´t include any lyric sheets. That was a conscious decision, made on the basis that rock lyrics are not intended as poetry, separating the lyrics from the music is meaningless. Sometimes syllables and rhythm dictate lyrics in a way that has to be heard in context to be fully appreciated.

Furthermore, we´re not a hardcore band, so the lyrics aren´t that hard to hear.

We wanted to make people actively listen to the music we made and not provide shortcuts and render the music as background noise. A lot of great music is born out of artists not making it too easy for the listeners. We imagine our audience to be clever and bright, happy to be challenged in their choice of recreational music.

Anyways, two years have passed. The people interested in hearing Out, have heard it by now, so it´s time. We´ve gotten a lot of requests for the lyrics and we´re happy to provide.

We will start to post lyrics every other day, starting with track two on Out, Rhumba, this Saturday.
